Details about 2013 estimated prices: Our prices are based on the actual price of the barrel and are guaranteed up to 109$ maximum. Beyond that limit, a gas surcharge will be applied for every extra
$10 increments that the barrel price will reached. Therefore prices will be raised by 1.5% for a barrel between $110 to $119, and +3% for a barrel of $120 to $129, etc. The reference price used to
generate the billing will be locked 45 days prior to the departure, regardless of the original billing date.
In the event of changes to our selection of hotels, we reserve the right to relocate you to the same or superior category of accommodation.
Tipping is an institution in the United States. The etiquette recommends tipping your guide (about $3/day/person) and the driver (about $2/day/person).
If for technical reasons, changes need to be made in the order of the program or to the visits of the program will still be respected. "Free time" is provided during the circuit to give room to your personal interests. During this time no transportation will be provided.
